Pride Columbus 2008
Event photography of Columbus Pride 2008. All of these photographs are taken from our float – I had a whistle to get the crowds attention (as if the hot girls riding in our float weren’t attention getting enough, and sign that said “strike a pose!”
Best pose to the right hands down!
Best dress of the day award goes to…
Our driver and DJ – DJ Moxy says CHEESE!
What a rear-view!
The float. Who says it has to be big?
The girls!
Wall Street Nightclub‘s float
Best belt buckle ever!
IDKEX – Showcase
The IDKEX Showcase was a drag show super-sized! The event was held at The Lifestyles Pavilion, which was fitting, because the performers – every one of them – were rock stars!
Left – UNECC Right – Boys R Us
Awwwwwwwww suki sukiiiiiiiiiiiiii!
Best stage lighting ever!
Awww suki suki deux! I can still feel the energy in the room when I look at this photo. This was such a coming together of the community!
The performer on the left sang It’s Oh So Quiet by Bjork better than Bjork. I didn’t have a view of the stage when it first started, and I thought they were lip syncing to a live recording of the song. When I saw that it was truly being sang I could not believe my eyes!
Lumberjacks burlesque?
In pasties? Yes please!
Hello!!!!!!!!!
This duo from Italy Kyrahm + Julias Kaiser did this number, about the transformation from feminine to masculine, in silence. The three standing in the background are supposed to be nude, but due to Ohio law had to censor their act for the first time ever.
Glitter
A Viva Valezz! production at Wall Street, this was a glamtastic burlesque and drag performance extravaganza! Glitter was definitely an appropriate name!
Bohemian Rhapsody! I loved it so much!
I am more of a brunette person, but Clams Casino was one hot blond!
Ginger Jones is always red hot. I really love the one on the left!
I have no idea but I loved it!
Killer Queen!
Noka in one of the most daring reveals ever performed. Look at that tuck! WORK!
Brett Morehead gets the codpiece of the year award!
Spoken word that was smoldering. I believe it was called “Do You Want To Touch?” and she did it perfectly! Get down curvy girl! Work it!
Oh my gosh the Bronutz! This performance was fantastic, I nearly fell out of my chair! They performed to Love Gun
Wardrobe malfunctions abound at Glitter – but those girls don’t miss a beat she just said “give it up!” and kept on going!
Bossy Grrl always takes the best photos. By the way she can sing!
